Glad you are here and thank you for your questions. Allow me to explain a bit more on this. Regarding to your question about our introduction area, we currently do have a thread for that located in the General Discussion forum.

All suggestions can now be given in the new suggestion section underneath the General Discussion forum.

As for any member support, you can find that in the Member Support forum which is apart of our multi forum near the top of the front page.
