Hey Kite Trojan,
There are no Team Leaders for the groups: Managers, Support Moderators, Graphic Designers. Jaredseven is in charge of being leader of the Review Team. Jadster ( the founder ) is responsible for the teams which don't have a Team Leader.
However, administrators usually promote a current team member to a team lead position. But it's their call.

As Mr.Panos stated, team leaders are only chosen by the Administration when it is really needed. At the time, only the Review Team was in need of a team leader and so Jaredseven took the job. Team leaders will be chosen after a while but for now I will remain the leader of the teams until then.
