You'd have to use Photoshop for something like this. Try waiting until a Designer sees this topic.

Indeed, Photoshop or GIMP are your best bet.    You can always request it be done for ya in the Graphics Request area, if you'd like! (Though this could also be done by coding without combining the logo to the BG, I believe....)

So you want the background image above the navigation bar with the logo over it? Only it's not the same background as the forums background? Is that correct?

If so I believe the answer is the same as the ones given above... It is something that is done through photoshop or coding...

However if there is still a misunderstanding perhaps you could try phrasing it in a different way.
